Fast scientific analysis

Upload an image or PDF, optionally crop to a region of interest, then place the baseline, optional axis tick, control, and treatment markers. Set the baseline value explicitly, use a different axis tick only when you want Y-value calibration, and optionally set X origin plus X tick when you want X readout or X/Y export.

Workflow Mode

Compare mode is the original bar/segment workflow. Series mode lets you capture many points into one or more labeled traces and export raw/calibrated X/Y data.

Baseline is the graph's reference line, usually 0 but sometimes 50, -20, or another value. Use a different axis tick value only when you want numeric Y calibration. X calibration is optional in any workflow and uses two markers along the horizontal axis: origin and one tick. For Log10 axes, both endpoint values must be positive. Examples: 1E5, 10^5, 5x10^7, or 5*10^7.

Typical order: upload image, optionally select ROI, set the baseline line and its value, optionally set one different axis tick for scaling, then set control and the treatment markers.
